2025-26 DVHS PTSA Senior Scholarships
The DVHS PTSA is pleased to invite the Senior Class of 2026 to apply for the Annual DVHS PTSA Senior Scholarship. Applications are now open! Please review this Application Form for full details and application instructions.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicant MUST:

Be a current PTSA Student member (Membership purchased after July 1, 2025). If you’re not a member already, Student membership can be purchased from Future Fund before submitting the application.

Have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0
-
Plan to continue their education at a community college, technical school, or 4-year university
-
Demonstrate leadership and a commitment to community service, either within or outside the school community.

Deadline: Sunday, April 19 at 11:59 PM [late submissions will not be accepted]

Requirements:
❐ Completed Application via google form
❐ Most Recent Transcript (final transcript including Fall semester of 2025);
❐ 1-2 page Resume (sample available in the form)
❐ One 750-1000 words Essay (about one of your community service experiences and how it has influenced you)
❐ Two Letters of Reference uploaded to the form. (One from the school and one from an outside institution)

Submission: All supporting documents must be combined into a single PDF document(not exceeding 1GB in size) and must be submitted alongwith the application form. (See instructions in the form)

PLEASE NOTE: Late or incomplete applications, as well as submissions from non-PTSA members, will not be considered. No exceptions will be made.
