These students will be felicitated at the San Ramon Council of PTAs Showcase on Wednesday, December 10, 2021, at Cal High School Theatre. You may find the Showcase Info here. Only the Award of Excellence will be moving to the next level, the 32nd district!

Thanks to all the DVHS participants who submitted entries in various categories for this year's theme: 'I will Change the world by..'. Congratulations to the Finalists at School Level.' Award of Excellence' Entries will move to the San Ramon Valley Council and compete with other entries from various schools across the district in their respective categories. A big shout out to our Judges for the Reflections Program!

Wednesday, December 10
Mark your calendars and save the date for Friday, December 10, for the Annual San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs Reflections Showcase. This year’s theme is “I Will Change the World By…”
 
You are invited to view the winners of the local school reflections showcases, which were moved on to the Council level. And, we will announce those entries moving on to the 32nd District level. All are welcome. Stay tuned for more information coming soon.
 
For those interested in participating and for submission forms, please be sure to reach out to your local school PTA leaders, Reflections Arts Program committee chair. More information about the program and guidelines can be found on our SRV Council of PTAs Reflections webpage.

"I WILL CHANGE THE WORLD BY..."

That’s the theme for the 2021-22 Reflections Art Program, which has been bringing the arts to life for more than 10 million students since 1969. California State PTA and its members, families, and kids are at the forefront of this amazing program, which increases community awareness of the importance of arts in education.
Reflections encourage students of all ages to:
 
  • Unleash creative talents and be inspired
  • Express themselves imaginatively in their artwork
  • Experience the fun and joy of making art
  • Tap into critical thinking skills to create art inspired by the annual theme
  • Receive positive recognition for their original works of art.

Council Level Virtual Reflections Showcase was held on January 20, 6:30pm.
We are pleased to announce that the entries of the following DVHS students were recognized at the San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs’ Virtual Reflections Showcase on Jan 20, 2021. You can pick up your awards and ribbons from the school office(8:00am - 4:00pm) starting January 28, Thursday through February 5, Friday. Please connect with us if you are unable to pick up your awards. We can deliver it to your address.
