Parent Access for Grades, Assignments and Information

Parent access to student grades and assignments is an integral part of the educational experience for many of our families, especially during this period of remote learning. We want you to know where to go for information and how to communicate with your student's teachers.

Posting and distributing of assignments: Google Classroom Guardian summaries
Turning in work: Google classroom
Individual assignment score reporting: We will use School Loop to report grades on specific assignments, but will NOT be utilizing Loop Mail. Parents of freshmen and new students in grades 10-12 will need to create a new School Loop account, even if you have used School Loop as a middle school parent. Accounts do not roll from middle school to high school. The estimated completion date of training all teachers and importing all grades into School Loop is September 16.
Grade Reporting and Schedules: Use Infinite Campus to check grades at the end of a reporting period. Details of individual assignments will NOT be posted here. You can also see your child's schedule in Infinite Campus.
Email: You can communicate with your child's teachers using their @srvusd.net email.
