Current School Year: To enroll a student, visit the SRVUSD website and complete an online enrollment application. Once you have completed the application, contact the Registrar for next steps.
To UN-ENROLL from DVHS, please complete this un-enrollment form.

Please be advised that all dues must be cleared before DVHS can share withdrawal grades/transcripts and transfer records with the new school.

IMPORTANT:
MUST PURCHASE TRANSCRIPT BEFORE COMPLETING GOOGLE FORM
- One transcript per transaction. Duplicating google form entries will not expedite your order
- Must complete Google Form and attach receipt and photo ID to finalize your order
- Official Transcripts are mailed or sent electronically (please ensure your institution accepts electronic submission, as we do not use Parchment)
- Allow 2-3 business days for processing

Please read the district policy and then follow the steps and meet all deadlines in order to post courses to the DVHS transcript.
Deadlines:
Transcripts for courses taken outside of SRVUSD to be placed onto the student's SRVUSD transcript are due to the student's high school counseling office as follows:
For 2025-2026
- For current eighth grade students wishing to put a NDC on their high school transcript, the course must have been completed after June 5, 2025.

By Monday, August 11, 2025 - for students wishing to use a NDC for advancement purposes. Please plan for shipping time: all transcripts should be ordered from the outside institution by August 8, 2025 to ensure delivery by this deadline.

By Friday, September 5, 2025 - for students wishing to put a Summer, 2025 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript

By Friday, January 16, 2026 - for students wishing to put a Fall, 2025 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript

By Friday, May 22, 2026 - for students wishing to put a Spring, 2026 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript. For community college courses whose term ends later in May, the deadline is extended to May 29, 2026 (applies to 9th-11thgrade students only)
- Please complete the Application to Place Credit form if you wish to have the courses added to your DVHS transcript.
