Current School Year: To enroll a student, visit the SRVUSD website and complete an online enrollment application. Once you have completed the application, contact the Registrar for next steps.
To UN-ENROLL from DVHS, please complete this un-enrollment form.

Please be advised that all dues must be cleared before DVHS can share withdrawal grades/transcripts and transfer records with the new school.

IMPORTANT:
MUST PURCHASE TRANSCRIPT BEFORE COMPLETING GOOGLE FORM
- One transcript per transaction. Duplicating google form entries will not expedite your order
- Must complete Google Form and attach receipt and photo ID to finalize your order
- Official Transcripts are mailed or sent electronically (please ensure your institution accepts electronic submission, as we do not use Parchment)
- Allow 2-3 business days for processing

Please read the district policy and then follow the steps and meet all deadlines in order to post courses to the DVHS transcript.
Deadlines:
Transcripts for courses taken outside of SRVUSD to be placed onto the student's SRVUSD transcript are due to the student's high school counseling office as follows:
For 2025-2026
- By Friday, May 22, 2026 - for students wishing to put a Spring 2026 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript. For community college courses whose term ends later in May, the deadline is extended to May 29, 2026 (applies to 9th-11th grade students only)
For 2026-2027
- For current eighth grade students wishing to put an NDC on their high school transcript, the course must have been completed after June 4, 2026.
- By Friday, September 4, 2026 - for students wishing to put a Summer 2026 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript.
- By Friday, January 8, 2027 - for students wishing to put a Fall 2026 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript.
- By Friday, May 21, 2027 - for students wishing to put a Spring 2027 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript. For community college courses whose term ends later in May, the deadline is extended to May 28, 2027 (applies to 9th-11th grade students only)
** Please complete the Application to Place Credit form if you wish to have the courses added to your DVHS transcript.
To submit NDC credits for your DVHS transcript
Step 1: Complete the Non-District Course Intent form
Step 2: Submit an official transcript before the deadline
Step 3: Submit the Application to Place Credit form before the deadline.
***SUMMER NDC TRANSCRIPTS***
Due to the volume of transcripts we receive we can't individually confirm if your transcript has been received or posted.
The September 4th deadline refers to the submission of transcripts, not the immediate posting of courses to your student’s record.
There are a few ways to track the status of your transcript submission:
1. Check your Parchment order history for confirmation of transcript delivery.
2. Monitor your student portal in Infinite Campus (IC) to see if the course has been posted to your record.
Processing transcripts can take several weeks. Below is the anticipated timeline for updates based on grade level:
- Seniors - by September 15th
- Juniors - by October 15th
- Sophomores - by November 15th
- Freshman - by December 15th
