Former Student: Available for $5 from the DVHS Webstore.
- Create an account to access the Webstore
- Use the word "Public" as your name and 99999 as your ID#
- Read the instructions on your order confirmation email. You must reply with your name, graduation year, and address to send transcript

Please read the district policy and then follow the steps and meet all deadlines in order to post courses to the DVHS transcript.
Deadlines:
Transcripts for courses taken outside of SRVUSD to be placed onto the student's SRVUSD transcript are due to the student's high school counseling office as follows:
For 2025-2026
- For current eighth grade students wishing to put a NDC on their high school transcript, the course must have been completed after June 5, 2025.

By Monday, August 11, 2025 - for students wishing to use a NDC for advancement purposes. Please plan for shipping time: all transcripts should be ordered from the outside institution by August 8, 2025 to ensure delivery by this deadline.

By Friday, September 5, 2025 - for students wishing to put a Summer, 2025 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript

By Friday, January 16, 2026 - for students wishing to put a Fall, 2025 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript

By Friday, May 22, 2026 - for students wishing to put a Spring, 2026 NDC onto their SRVUSD transcript. For community college courses whose term ends later in May, the deadline is extended to May 29, 2026 (applies to 9th-11thgrade students only)
- Please complete the Application to Place Credit form if you wish to have the courses added to your DVHS transcript.

Step 1: Complete the Non-District Course Intent form
Step 2: Submit an official transcript before the deadline
Step 3: Submit the Application to Place Credit form before the deadline
