  • Non-District Course Work: If you have taken a course outside of DVHS and report it on your college application, an official transcript must be submitted from the institution you took the course from.

 

  • Students are responsible for sending their own official score reports for SAT/ACT.

 

  • CSU/UC are no longer allowing submission of SAT/ACT scores.

 

  • Many private college have gone test optional-- Check college wesites to confirm all college admissions requirements.

Transcript Requests 

Transcript Requests 

Unofficial- You can obtain a copy of your unofficial transcript from Infinite Campus. You can use this transcript to self report your grades.
1. Log in to the Infinite Campus Portal.
2. On the left-hand column select "Documents".
3. On the bottom of the "documents" page select "Portal Transcript" 
4.When the report opens, select the download icon on the top right of the report and save the file OR select PRINT.
 
Initial Official Transcript- Ordered through SchooLinks. This transcript includes all coursework through 2nd semester 11th grade. Only Required if specifically stated by the college/university.
 
Mid-Year Official Transcript- Includes 1st semester senior year grades. Requested by many private colleges, check your application requirements for each college to determine which colleges require them.
 
Final Transcript- Includes all high school coursework through 2nd semester senior year. Only sent to the college you will attend.
 
Non-District Courses-
Colleges that require official transcripts need transcripts sent from the institution the course was taken from. Even if the course is posted on your DVHS transcript.

Counselors Recommendations are automatically requested in SchooLinks if required by the college.
 
The counselor will fulfill the required recommendation by the deadline established by the application type.
 
Students can view the status of counselor recommendations under “Counselor Documents" on the application detail page.

Non-Teacher Recommendations - must be requested in Common App
 
For all Common App applications, request an outside recommendation by clicking “Invite Other Recommender” in Common App.
