Athletic PE Applications
Spring Athletic PE applications are due by 5/18/25 to the Athletic Department. Turn in your signed paper form to DVHS Athletic Director SueEllen Thomas. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
VOLUNTEERS
If you are planning to chaperone, drive, etc., please complete the Be A Mentor clearance process as soon as possible.
