then complete your 3-step registration:
- Complete this Google form. This gives us your contact info and helps detrmine groupings.
- Fill out this Voluntary Participation form. Scan and email your signed form to Coach Oji: coji-marchese@srvusd.net You may also bring your completed form with you on the first day of camp.
- Pay your $130 registration fee. You can bring a check (preferred!) or pay through the Wildcat Webstore. Checks should be made payable to DVHS Water Polo and can be delivered to Coach Oji in room 2120 or Coach Z in room 1101 on or before June 1. Alternatively, they can be brought with you on the first day of camp.
