Grant Outline:

Coaches’ Grants: $1,000.00 and $500.00

Application Guidelines:

• All materials purchased with the grant award are the property of DVHS. Funds may not be used for salaries or program expenses outside the scope of what has been approved by the DVHS Athletic Department. 
• Award recipients may be asked to submit a brief follow-up summary describing how the funding was used and how it is benefiting the student-athletes. 
• Each qualified DVHS sports program coach may submit only one Grant Application.

Submissions:

• Complete the Online DVHS Athletic Booster Grant Application and submit it.
• Online copies of the DVHS AB Grant Guidelines and Grant Application may be found in the locker of the Athletic Booster’s homepage.
• The deadline for submission is February 9th, 2025.

Review Process:

• The DVHS AB Executive Board will review applications to make sure they meet the required guidelines at the Athletic Booster General Meeting after the closing date of the application. Any applications that do not meet the guidelines will be declined.
• A selection committee will be appointed to review the applications in further detail and consideration for acceptance.
• Grant winners will be announced at the first Athletic Booster General Meeting after the selection committee has reviewed them.

Funding Process:

• Recipients will be given a check in the amount of the grant awarded for immediate deposit into the appropriate sports program account.
