Grant Outline:

Coaches’ Grants: $1,000.00 and $500.00

Application Guidelines:

• All materials purchased with the grant award are the property of DVHS. Funds may not be used for salaries or program expenses outside the scope of what has been approved by the DVHS Athletic Department. 
• Award recipients may be asked to submit a brief follow-up summary describing how the funding was used and how it is benefiting the student-athletes. 
• Each qualified DVHS sports program coach may submit only one grant application per school year. Funds must be spent by the end of the current school year.

Submissions:

• Complete the Online DVHS Athletic Booster Grant Application and submit it.
• The deadline for submission is February 8th, 2026.

Review Process:

• The DVHS AB Executive Board will review applications to make sure they meet the required guidelines at the Athletic Booster General Meeting after the closing date of the application. Any applications that do not meet the guidelines will be declined.
• A selection committee will be appointed to review the applications in further detail and consideration for acceptance.
• Any applications that do not meet the guidelines will be declined. Grant winners will be notified directly after the AB Executive Board Meeting and a formal announcement will be made via email.

Funding Process:

• Recipients will be given a check in the amount of the grant awarded for immediate deposit into the appropriate sports program account via the DVHS Bookkeeper.
