Schedule Information for the 2025-26 School Year

Schedule Information for the 2025-26 School Year

📅 Elective Change Request Form (8/15-9/3)

***Please note this form will be processed starting on Monday August 18th and close on Wednesday, September 3rd

📌 Important:
  • Teacher changes and period changes will NOT be accepted.
  • All Week 1 requests have been processed. If you still want a change, please use this form.

You may use this form to request:
  • Switch from one elective to another.
  • Change course level (e.g., Honors/AP ↔ College Prep).
  • Late advancement (you did not complete the Summer Advancement Intent form, but have submitted a transcript for the course).
  • Drop a graduation requirement (must have provided proof of enrollment in the replacement course to your counselor).
  • Change start time (e.g., from 2–6 to 1–5, or drop a class).

Guidelines:
  • Requests for teacher or period changes will not be accepted.
  • Submit one request per form. You may submit multiple forms for different requests—do not submit the same request more than once.
  • Changes are final—no “take backs.”
  • Other periods in your schedule may be moved to accommodate your request unless you specify otherwise.

💡 Note: Your current schedule is based on the courses you requested in Spring 2025. Changes made via phone or email (now or over the summer) are not honored. The DVHS Counseling Department makes every effort to minimize schedule disruptions.
